We have tried 7 different recipes in this book and they have all been top notch. I have dozens of cookbooks and this one is now in the top 5. Each recipe we've had so far has been very easy to prepare with succinct ingredient lists and very short instructions. Each recipe appears to be on one page with the recipe on the left and a picture of the dish on the right. The only caveat about this book is that it does tend to use some Asian Ingredients which may not be available on stores once you get away from Urban areas. But the diversification in the book is excellent. We made a Turkey Curry dish which was delicious and very interesting. We also really liked the Chicken with Oyster Sauce in Udon noodles as well as the Scallop in broth with Cilantro and Basil.The recipes are good and if you are an adventurous cook, I think that it will give you a good perspective on Asian ingredients to allow you to make up some of your own recipes once you try a few of these.
I truly haven't seen another Asian recipe book quite as good as this one.
Asian for this book appears to cover Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Indian as well as other Asian influences.
